Missed delivery

If you miss your order, the delivery man will come back another time to deliver it !

Order not received

If you have still not received your order after the announced deadlines and no delivery notice has been left.  You may also contact customer service by email at the following address : support@ginzabagselection.com. We will find a solution as soon as possible.

Conformity with order

Upon receiving the item, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the order is correct.

Any irregularities concerning delivery such as:

- damaged package, missing products, degraded products, products not in compliance with the order
